Estate Planning: Who Needs It?
Estate planning is a process that just about everyone needs. It involves looking at what you own, to whom you wish to give it and the best way to accomplish it with the smallest tax impact. This may sound simple enough to do on your own, but do you really feel that you have the proper knowledge of the laws affecting trusts and estates to not make costly mistakes?
Robin D. Arnold, CFP®, CRPC®, the Palmetto Citizens Trust & Investment Services Financial Advisor, acts as the Trust Liaison Officer between Palmetto Citizens’ members and MEMBERS Trust Company. He works directly with MEMBERS Trust Company, you and your attorney to ensure that the right plans are developed to meet your objectives. The Palmetto Citizens Trust & Investment Services Program can help you determine if estate planning is right for you.
