The role of Member Service Representative includes providing exceptional service to our membership through the processing of transactions; promotion of credit union products and services, and being solution centric to our members needs. This position provides a wealth of knowledge critical for the development of staff to move into additional positions. Successful candidates should have the ability to work with people, work with cash and be comfortable promoting the credit union's products and services.
