Join our Team!
Join the Palmetto Citizens team in this year's Walk for Life or 5K Race for Life. Last year, our team of 385 members raised over $12,000 for the Palmetto Health Breast Center.
Registration is only $25 per person. Each Palmetto Citizens team member will receive a Walk T-shirt and Palmetto Citizens beach tote. If you are unable to attend, you can still join our team to show your support.
The Walk / Race will be held on October 2nd at 8:30 am at Finlay Park in Columbia. Hurry, the deadline to join our team is September 7th.
Proceeds benefit education, research and patient/family support at Palmetto Health Breast Center.

- Complete your registration information
- Choose if you would like to participate in the Walk for Life or 5K Race for Life
- If you would like to make a donation in addition to the $25 registration fee, there is a box where you can make this optional donation on the registration form.
- The online registration automatically assigns every registrant with a $100 fundraising goal - this is completely optional and you are NOT required to raise any additional funds to be part of our team.
- Complete your billing information
- After you have completed the registration and billing information you will receive an emailed confirmation noting the team you joined as well as the amount that was charged to your credit/debit card.
- In late September, Palmetto Citizens will mail you your T-Shirt, beach tote and information about the Walk/Race.
To Register by Mail or at a PCFCU Office:
- Download this entry form - this is for the Walk for Life only - 5K registrations must be made online.
- Complete and mail it to the address on the form, or return it to any Palmetto Citizens service center, with your minimum $25 donation.
- In late September, Palmetto Citizens will mail you your T-Shirt, beach tote and information about the Walk/Race.
