Member Surveys

Periodically, members may receive an emailed survey invitation to provide us with their feedback regarding a recent transaction, a new account/loan or to provide general feedback on your credit union. We appreciate any feedback you provide and will use it to help us improve our service and product offerings in the future.

A survey company called Medallia conducts these surveys on our behalf and emailed survey invitations are sent from PalmettoCitizens@express.medallia.com. If any member wishes to opt out of these surveys, an Unsubscribe link can be found at the bottom of the email to remove yourself from future survey invitations.

Review Us on Google

Each of our service center locations are listed on Google and available for you to rate and share your thoughts on the service you have received. Please do not include any personal or account information within your review.

Review Our Mobile App

Rate our app in the Apple App Store of Google Play using the links below. You can also visit the app store on your mobile device and search for 'Palmetto Citizens' to locate our app and write your review.
