We Have Exciting Changes Happening!

Throughout this year, we'll be making several new enhancements to your credit union we're thrilled to be able to tell you about!

We're working to put in place new systems and improvements to provide you, and all our current and future members, with a better overall experience and offer the convenience you need to manage your money.

While we introduce these changes, please know we're not changing who we are. We still have teams of local, dedicated individuals ready to assist you with all your banking needs in our 14 branches, by phone, and digitally. Our focus remains on serving the people and business of the Midlands with low-cost solutions and personalized financial guidance, just like we've been doing since 1936.

New Logo: you may have already noticed above, we're updating our logo a bit to modernize it and give it a fresh look. You'll start to see this new logo more over the next few weeks and months.

New Website: we'll soon be updating palmettocitizens.org to provide you with a better user experience. Your login credentials for online/mobile banking will not change, but these systems will get an updated look beginning on April 18th. App users will need to update to the newest version to see all of these changes.

Larger ATM Network: you now have surcharge-free access to over 40,000 Allpoint ATMs across the U.S. conveniently located in major retailers across the Midlands and country.*

New Mortgage Servicing Experience: beginning April 18th, our members with a mortgage loan will gain access to a more robust digital platform to make their payments and view their documents and account information. Members will still use PCFCU online/mobile banking to access this enhanced digital experience.

New Online/Mobile Banking Systems: towards the end of the summer, we'll be introducing a new online and mobile banking system with a superior overall experience, as well as several new features and services, such as more efficient account and loan applications, and credit monitoring.

Streamlined Processes: we're also working across our entire organization to find ways we can improve members' experiences so each interaction you have in person, by phone, or digitally, lives up to our standard of exceptional service.

*Members using their PCFCU debit/credit card will not be surcharged by an Allpoint ATM. The first two transactions/inquiries at any non-PCFCU ATM are free of charge. Those above two a month will incur a $1 per transaction fee on their PCFCU account when they use an Allpoint or other non-PCFCU ATM.
