What You Need to Know
- Your Login Information Stays the Same: Currently enrolled digital banking users will continue using their existing username and password to access the new system.
- Saved passwords or biometric logins, such as Face ID or fingerprint, may need to be re-established.
- Business memberships previously enrolled using business information rather than personal information may be required to re-enroll.
- Same Mobile App, Just Update It: You’ll continue using the same Palmetto Citizens mobile app. To access the upgraded experience, simply make sure you download the latest app update.
